昨天的晚饭终于从单纯的蔬菜沙拉变成了鸡肉沙拉,今天想加点难度,也增添点味道。
因为前天看的韩国综艺节目中提到现代人吃的饮食中盐分含量太高,所以昨天做沙拉的时候用柠檬汁和洋葱末取代了精盐,佐料就用了果醋,味道还真不错~
今天要做的Blueberry Balsamic Vinaigrette有些东西在家附近买不到,只能周六日去趟宜家看看有没有。
Ingredients
3/4 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil (or any oil you prefer)
1/4 cup agave
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
Spinach
blueberries
crumbled goat cheese
sliced chicken
Blueberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
Instructions
Add blueberries, lemon juice, vinegar, dijon mustard and salt toa blender (or foor processor). Blend for a couple minutes, until the blueberries are liquified. Start streaming in the olive oil while the blender is on low.
Chill until ready to serve. Serve at room temperature.
